General Payment Terms: |
Allen & Goel Marketing requires full prepayment with a
credit card or company check with all first time orders as
well as orders placed by businesses that have not
established a line of credit with our company.
To apply for an AG Credit Line please fill out our
Application for Credit and fax the completed form to our
accounting department at 610-337-8838. Please allow
7-10 business days to process your application for credit
and to verify credit references.

Website Development and
Programming Terms: |
Allen & Goel Marketing requires a 50% down payment for all
Website Development and Programming projects. The
remaining balance will be due upon completion and release of
the project.
Website Development and Programming project may also require
a Development Contract. One of our Website
Professional can explain this during our scope and quote
process. |

Art Approvals: |
For the majority of our projects, Allen & Goel Marketing
requires our customers to sign an Art Approval Form. A
signed Art Approval Form verifies that our customer has
reviewed all of the artwork for the project as well as
reviewed the work for any spelling and content errors in the
work.
Allen & Goel Marketing is dedicated and takes pride in
delivering error free work to its customers. This step
in our design and print process may be the most important
step to ensure your work is delivered to your satisfaction.
Please take the time to review all work and information
before signing our Art Approval Form.
Once the form is signed, Allen & Goel Marketing assume the
project is ready for print and releases responsibility for
such errors. |

Promotional Product Samples: |
|
Allen & Goel Marketing understands the importance samples
play in a successful promotion. We offer three different
sample options listed below: |

Product Samples: |
A Product Sample request is made when our customer wants a
random sample sent to them so they can "feel and see" the
product before ordering. The sample will be shipped either
blank or with a random imprint on it. Allen & Goel
Marketing requires a flat fee of $10.00 for most
Product Samples to cover the cost of the item and the ground
shipping cost.
If you decide to place an order for that item, you will
receive a $10.00 credit on your invoice. On occasions that
the cost of samples exceed the $10.00 fee or if quicker,
more expensive shipping options are needed, then our
Promotional Product Specialists will make you aware of the
extra charges before ordering your samples. |

Virtual Samples: |
Virtual Samples are used to view your logo on the product
you desire. Our staff will construct a sample with your
logo and email it to you in either a .pdf or .jpg format for
you to review.
If you wish to have a virtual sample designed for you, then
contact our office at 800-923-8878. Please have the item
number and name available as well as an electronic version
of your logo. Allen & Goel Marketing provides virtual
samples for free. If you do not have an electronic version
of your logo art charges may apply. |

Spec Samples: |
Spec Samples are needed when it is important to have the
exact item you are requesting, imprinted with the logo you
desire. This is the most expensive type of sample and the
cost will vary depending on the product and imprint method.
Call our offices and we will give you a quote for the
promotional product you desire. |
