Not sure how the entire process will work? Below is our process for design projects within our company:

1. Discuss your needs with you.
2. Work up a quote based on our discussion.
3. After the quote is approved and prepayment is received (for first time customers), we will get started on the design project.
4. Depending on the complexity of the project, you may receive a preliminary mockup of the design/layout.
5. After we receive feedback from you, we will make any changes requested and work up a revised proof.
6. We will work with you on edits to the design via email, telephone or in person.
7. After the design is approved, we will proof the project internally for general flow, grammatical errors and spelling errors.
8. Any major edits that we find during internal proofing will be reviewed with you before they are implemented.
9. The job will then be submitted to print, posted on a website, etc...
